The packet came today, and for those who haven't gotten their packets, these
are the details:
Cost is $20, due by Sept. 24. ($22 for late registration).

Registration at University Center, 6pm - midnight
Beach Party at Centennial Hall, 8pm-1am
Saturday:
Late Registration at Anspach Hall, 8am - 10am
Contenental Breakfast at Anspach Hall, 8am-9am
Regional Meeting followed by Sectional Meetings, 9am - noon
Lunch (subs, drinks, chips) at Anspach Hall, noon-1pm
Seminars/workshops at Anspach Hall, 1pm-5pm
Mardi Gras Celebration with Dinner -
Mt. Pleasant Country Club, 6:30pm-2:00am
Dress: semi-formal (no jeans) or Mardi Gras Costumes

Breaktast at Big Boy, 8am-11am (or on your own)
The conference is DRY. No Alcohol will be provided or permitted at conference
activities. Intoxicated brothers will be asked to leave.
Bring something that represents your chapter to add to our banner (to be
present at all conference events).
There will be a fundraiser throughout the weekend. Bring your pennies. The
chapter raising the most funds will have half the proceeds donated to the
chairity of their choice, with the other half going to a chairity of Epsilon
Beta's Choice.
Section 52 will be presenting a Leadership Development Workshop on Saturday
from 1pm - 5pm. Please indicate on your registration if you wish to attend.
They are asking 1-2 people from each chapter attend the LDW.
Housing:
Free housing is available, please indicate with registration who needs free
housing. I would assume free housing is limited, so get your registration in
soon if you need great quantities of free housing.
Conference rate at Super 8 Motel is $45 for 1-2, $5 each additional person.
