I am going to be putting a number of bylaws up on the FTP site. Here
are the ones that you all can expect to find there.

And I have an Iota Upsilon that is not right. Something about the
one that was distributed was not correct and the chapter would see
about sending out a new one later. Anyone from Iota Upsilon out
there? The header is gone so I can't reply to the person who sent the
message into the distribution.
The other ones will be put up on the site in the apobylaws directory.
