Greetings Brothers!
The Theta Zeta chapter at the University of New Hampshire proudly announces
that we have won the Governor's Youth Service Award, awarded by
Governor Steve Merrill's office for outstanding service in NH. We were
nominated by Arnold Gustafason, the director of the Riverside
Rest Home where we perform monthly projects ranging from Bingo with the
residents, to pushing residents in wheelchairs for a "wheel-a-thon" they
did to get cable tv(they got pledges for the # of times they were wheeled
around the course.)
At least 5 brothers, including myself and "Dr.B," our illustrious and
energetic advisor, will be going on a cruise to receive the award on
Sunday, September 19th. 550 people will be present, including the
guv himself(who will be posing for snaps with us)
Should be fun! We will let you know how it goes.
