Okay- here's what is hopefully the last note on this topic for a while...
The actual threshold is 100, and while it may have been under that for
each day the counter may have to be reset manually. APO90-L doesn't
have a threshold so I'm not completely sure. I sent a note to Bill Verity,
our postmaster here and hopefully you guys will be back on line soon.
