Greetings!
My name is James Bogener, and I am a member of Alpha Eta at the University
of Missouri in Kansas City. I am also a member of the legislative task
force created at the last national convention to streamline the
legislative process at convention.
I have been asked to investigate what support/encouragement chapters need
in order to select their voting delegates in a timely manner. Actives and
chapter representatives, I'm especially interested in what you have to
say...what can we do to help your chapters pick your voting delegates on-
time (or even early)? What can we do to help chapters be eager at
picking their voting delegates? Keep in mind that the voting delegate
isone of the most important positions in a chapter, as the voting delegate
speaks for the entire chapter on a national level. Do we need to
emphasize this more? If so, how can we do it?
Any input would be appriciated. You can e-mail me directly at jwba69@umkc
and remember to put the .edu after the umkc!
Yours in LFS,
James Bogener
