I'm sending this on APO-L because it was sent to me over APO-L.
I'm proposing this network to help each other achieve common goals...It
would not be just a service network but a web wherein the orgs with multiple
purposes would serve as hubs connected into a blob of organizations so that
together these groups can have help & accomplish more, have more influence,
help relations, etc. Large scale service projects could be one reason. The
reason I proposed such formal relations in part was that I get annoyed when
group relations are not good. An example I can think of is why are there
apparently levels of APO partnership? Only 5 are listed on the Web site. I
have another example too; why APO & GSUSA will sign on but not the BSA to
things. It is very hard to get national leadership rationale for certain
things from national leaders of organizations. Kind of like why the White
House Press Sec'y can't explain all non-security policy positions...
