The Western Europe Alumni Association belongs to the Region I Alumni Council
(as would any other alumni association established in Europe).
As was mentioned earlier in this thread (thanks, Randy - I was on vacation),
in order to be a member of an Alpha Phi Omega USA Alumni Association, you
must be registered in the National Office (USA) as a former active,
advisory, or honorary Member of a Chapter. Thus, members of APO-Philippines
are not able to be members of APO-USA alumni associations (nor are the many
women who served as little sisters to APO chapters through the years) unless
they have been given Honorary or Advisor status by a Chapter. Membership of
any type cannot be granted through an alumni association. (Bylaws - Article
XII, Section 2, subsection 3).
