Announcing the
SECTION 88
SUMMER PICNIC!
July 11-13, 2002
Featuring the Picnic preceded by a trail-clearing project at Grafton Lakes
State Park (11 miles east of Troy) on Saturday, July 12.
Preceded on Friday night, July 11 with APO at the Ballpark: a minor league
game in Troy with fireworks and a free baseball.
Concluding on Sunday with a Food Bank service project- an APO fave!
Cost: Picnic- $5/person. $6/car (for day use of park).
Baseball game Friday night: $4/ person.
Schedule: Friday, 7/11/03- Baseball begins 7pm. Meet 5:30pm at RPI Student
Union- carpool to game at 6pm.
Saturday: meet at far end of large parking lot at Grafton Lakes State Park
for cleanup project at 8:00am. Picnic portion begins at 11:00 am at picnic
area next to rear right corner of parking lot. Picnic runs until 6pm or
later.
Saturday evening fellowship TBA
Sunday- Food Bank project at noon.
ALL ARE WELCOME!!!!!!!!!
Brothers, Pledges, Alums of ANY Chapter, and Family and Friends.
Volunteers also welcome to help out with planning and setup.
