I am currently working on the APO-ARIVD committee and I wanted to correspond
with any of our Alumni that are involved in Boy Scouting as Commissioners.
Specifically, I wanted to discuss some aspects of that job that are similar
to the necessary functions in APO. Folks with advanced degrees from the
college of commissioner science are of particularly interest.
If you have no clue what a commissioner is...you can just skip this message!
