[APO-L] Pledge Manual: Order of chapters

The current pledge manual has a list of chapters at the end of manual.
These are divided by section and then alphabetized by the *english*
spelling of the greek letters of the chapters. For example. In section 91,
the order is as follows
Cedar Crest College Alpha Epsilon Kappa
Lehigh University Alpha Psi
Kutztown University Omicron Alpha
Muhlenberg College Xi Alpha
In order of chartering, it would go Lehigh, Muhlenberg,Kutztown & Cedar
Crest.
Does anyone else find this odd? On the national website, the sectional
pages go in order of greek letters in greek letter order (mostly same as
chartering order)
