I would like to quesion the legality and legitimacy of said action..
The amedment the the manual was not mentioned at all on the floor by the
board (who would essentially be the only ones to know the information).
During the debate the databse quesiton came up where I asked the geek
question if the national office had the databse capability to do this and
the answer was no
So, what changed?
