Brothers,
As an addition to Brother Richter's "End of the Year Checklist", please be
sure to send to the National Office a list of your graduating seniors. You
may have received such a form from the National Office, but if you have not,
you can get a .pdf version of the form from the National website at
http://www.apo.org//publications/forms/graduating_senior.pdf. If you had
seniors who graduated last fall but you did not report them, be sure they
are included in this list as well.
This information is important to the office as we try to keep good addresses
for our alumni members.
While these Brothers currently would fall under the "Membership & Extension"
program of the Fraternity, they will very shortly transition to the "Alumni"
program of the Fraternity and we want to be sure that we have their contact
information up-to-date and current. After all, some of those alumni will
serve as volunteers in our Fraternity and we'll want to be able to stay in
touch with them.
