Section 61 Conference Registration Form
Please print off and return this form and the registration fee of $35 per person by Feb 2, 2003. The late deadline to register is Feb. 12, 2003. The late registration fee is $45 per person. Anyone who registers after the late date will not be able to eat dinner at the conference Awards Banquet Saturday evening. The only meal during the conference not provided is Lunch on Saturday.
