This is kind of funny considering that at convention,
i was going to frivoulously motion to either change
the name of the toast song since a) it has nothing to
do with the bread form of toast and b) we do not
currently perform a toast...therefore the name either
needs to be changed or a toast as with an alcoholic
beverage should be incorporated to the toast song
(hmm...singing of the toast song at Jackson square,
midnight, new years eve comes to mind here....lol) and
keep in mind that not every chapter does the toast
song exactly the same...mine, for example, does the
whole song with arms crossed and does not start with
arms behind each others backs and has another verse
that not every chapter does (this is also common).
Some also have different traditions for the very end
of the song. Even though it's essentially the same
song, I think it keeps chapters unique. ...maybe
because we're too uncoordinated to do it the other
way...
