In Philly there were 4 PGs that had delgates on the floor (voice no vote)
SIU-Edwardsville, SIU-Carbondale, Western Maryland College (now McDaniel),
and U of Wisconsin -Milwaukee(?)
(First 3 have chartered)
How many were there in New Orleans? (and which schools if possible)
