I know that Pledge Fees were raised. I BELIEVE that the activation fees
were raised by $15 although I'm not completley sure. I was running floor
services through out the legislative period and there were so many numbers
thrown around that I'm not completley sure what the final number was. I do
know that they were raised.

It is of an interesting note that both Maggie Katz and Bobby Hainline were
BOTH nominated from the floor and NOT by the committee.

I also know that there was a lot of finance debate regarding Honorary
Members though I'm not sure exactly what (if anything was decided)

I'll leave that to someone else (Perhaps a voting delegate) to fill in.

Also! We had over 2300 brothers in attendance which I am told set a
convention record!

Finally, that there is a Chapter Resource CD-ROM currently under
development. Its being produced by some of the IT/IS guys at nationals and
is intended to be a resource which includes printable copies of most to all
national documents. It is also including various submitted items from
chapters such as forms for meeting agendas, rostters, rush posters, ect,
which can be edited and modified to fit the chapters need.

Beta testing is in march by two chapters in each region (I'm not sure of
what the selection criteria or process is), and Version 1.0 is set to go out
to all chapters in September of '03. I THINK there is a 1.5 update slated
sometime between then and Denver 04 which will have updates to submitted
materials. The next major update should be 2.0 expected in March of 05 or
so after the Denver Legislation has been incorporated. They presenters were
a bit fuzzy with their time table, so please don't hold me to that schedule.

I saw the product in its test form and it looks good and looks like it could
be quite a useful tool. If you have things you wish to submit to the
Resource CD Team you can do so at http://cdgroup.apo.org

There is a series of rolling deadlines for submissions that has yet to be
published online.

The Convention ROCKED! For those of you who could not make it, you missed a
wonderful time. In any case I hope to see all of you in Denver, if not
sooner.

Also, Denver was selected as the 2004 convention city.
