Given some of the discussion that's been going on over the last couple
of weeks with regards to hotel rooms for Convention, a Yahoo! Group has
been created so that brothers who have spaces in rooms (or empty rooms)
can post information about what they've got.
Whether you have one space in one room available, or 4 rooms with no
people yet, PLEASE use this so that everyone who does come has a place
to stay. It would be really bad if rooms were released back to the
hotel, and some brothers were out of luck in getting a place to sleep.
Also, brothers who need space can also put up info. about how many
brothers from their chapter/section need places to crash.
There are two tables set up in the group - one for rooms that need
brothers and one for brothers that need rooms.

It's open to everyone - no moderating of messages or records. Click on
"Database" on the left side to see what's out there or to add your own
entry.
Feel free to forward on to any other chapters, alums, or listservs.
This is NOT affiliated directly with the Convention Committee or with
the National Office. Also, brothers must do all the contact themselves,
as this is not set up for us to pass messages back and forth.
I hope everyone finds this useful and that we can get 2500 brothers
attending this convention. The committee is doing a GREAT job and I
know this'll be a great convention!
