My objection is the the "all" part of the requirement. My undergrad
chapter gave an award to the pledge with the most signatures with
signatures of "special" people counting for more. The most complete
scoreboard I saw was something like the following
(our) chapter brother = 1
(our) chapter pledge = 1
(our) chapter alumnus = 2
(our) advisor = 3
(our) section staff = 4
(our) section chair = 5
(our) regional staff = 8
(our) Regional director = 10
If it was from a chapter/section/region that wasn't ours multiply by 2
and other board members were also 20.

One pledge got over 300 signature points and had to xerox a blank
signature page from another pledge manual to have room for all of them.

I have seen it where pledges are required to get all signatures, *but* the
pledge master may step in to verify that the brother has been unwilling,
and if so, its not a black mark...

(and don't worry about the separate emails. :)
