I disagree with these because they allow for "blackballing" during the
pledging process. If Brother Jones doesn't want Pledge Smith to intiate,
he just refuses to sign his book. (And yes I have seen this happen, the RD
had to get involved)
No APO pledging practices should allow any single brother (*including the
pledge master*) to be able to keep a pledge from becoming a brother.
