Brothers,
I thank you all for your responses. It has become aparant to many that I
haven't seen the full process at work. I have had my faith renewed though. I
was not aware of all of these legistlations going through committees, and so
forth. I thank you all for educating me, rather than being condesending to
my inexperience.
