Personally, I like the Sound Mind and a Sound Body idea for service events. BTW bonus points for
the person who can identify the person who came up with the phrase "A sound mind in a sound body"
and what international organization uses it as a slogan? Hint: The quotee also founded the
organization, in Prague, Czechoslovakia.
