Just a clarification on something Brother Hunter has mentioned (my comments
are not directed at the underlying legislation):
The annual process of submitting AAMDs and filling out the required paper
work is part of the REAFFIRMATION process, not the *RECHARTERING* process.
Those processes are two very, very different things and I want to make this
point so that we are all clear.
Brother Hunter is referring to the annual reaffirmation process, NOT
rechartering.
