Your math doesn't help even things out, it actually sweetens the pot.
The effect of the proposal would be to reduce revenues from AAMDs by
$30/Brother (over the expected 2-year lifetime of active membership) and
increase revenues from new Brothers by $50/Initiate). It would also
reduce expenses associated with updating AAMD records. So the net gain
is more than 20/Brother.

Don't think of APO as the "Fraternity of the Poor", think of it in terms
of accessibility. A lack of money is not a disability for joining APO,
where it is in many other Fraternities. Our principles, our message,
our goals are not limited to students from rich families.

What's the current definition of "in good standing"? Is there a minimum
number of members? Or is it simply having all the proper paperwork on
file and fees paid? If we are eliminating some of the paperwork and
fees, then more chapters will be "in good standing".
