Here's a new topic: I was wondering if other chapters out there in
APO-net-land have had any experience with getting food and or other
goods and services donated for service projects, or even fellowship
events or other things. Perhaps we could compile a little database or so
of potential contacts, etc.

I've had good luck so far from Papa John's. They're donating 4 large
pizzas to our Sectional Service Project, and providing the rest at a
discount of $6.99 each. I've also contacted the store directly and
gotten the $6.99 discount for chapter-based events, too. So I'd say Papa
John's is definitely a plus!

Olive Garden is also donating a $20 Gift Card, which we can buy salads
with from their store. Talked to the local store manager there; he said
that they have a certain budget they are supposed to spend on charitable
organizations per month.

Anyone else have any luck?
