Actually both Region III's & Region X's frogs are serving as Section
Chair. Frank is the Section 82 Chair, and Kermit is the Section 13

Sammy the Service Snake?!?! So that was what that stuffed snake was that
Fred was throwing at us in the Leadership Institute this weekend!!
Actually, a year ago when Team Frank was planning the whole idea, the
original plan was for a "roadtrip rodent" (basically, a rat).
Unfortunately (or fortunately?), Wal-Mart didn't have any stuffed
rodents on sale,... ;-)
