Actually, Region V needs its very own frog. Region III has one, Region X
has one (who was serving as a sectional chair).
Though I think that Region III needs a Lleadership Llama (LLarry?) as
well. Always willing to stick his neck out. :) And lets see, how about
Sammy the Service Snake? (Swan?, Seal? Sheep?)
