As for the question about Section 90, it does folow
the county lines - these are listed in the description
of Region II on the nat'l website. However, there is
no chapter west of State College, PA (PSU). The
counties forming the western boundaries for Region
II/Section 90 are Potter, Bedford, Blair, Clinton, &
Centre; anything to the west of these 5 counties is in
Region V.
