Hey all--
Though I have no historical information to back it up, it would
make sense that the border between Sections 7 and 8 in Washington is just
the line of 120 degrees west longitude. This puts Ellensburg (active S8
chapter there at Central Wash.) and Yakima on the S8 side, and
Richland/Pasco/Kennewick, Walla^2, and Cheney (inactive S7 chapter at E.
Wash) on the S7 side.
