[APO-L] Early knowledge of APO-Phil

When I pledged, the feeling that I got about APO-Phil was that it was
something that APO-USA didn't really know about until well after they had
started. When I looked in the December, 1950 Torch and Trefoil, there was
an article on APO-Phil with pictures of the charterers of APO-Phil alpha
chapter at Far Eastern University and a picture and info from a service
project they were doing.

Its great to see what we were like in 1950 and how much both National
Organizations have grown!
