You'd also have to count colleges that won't let any organization with Greek letters on. Section 48 used to (maybe still does) have one in North Central College. During my membership days on S48 staff, I recall reading a letter from NCC's administration that they wouldn't permit a greek lettered organization on campus. However, this was 1988 or so...they may have relaxed that restriction by now.
