Since we are a group with academic attachments I thought that may get your
attention. I really am calling for papers just not in the traditional
sense that that phrase is used. Spring conference season is drawing to a
close. Before you pack your workshops away for the summer or move them off
your hard drive to a storage disk, don't forget to submit them to the
Leadership Resources Clearinghouse
<http://www.cmer.org/clearinghouse>. Basically the Clearinghouse is a
place where workshop presenters can exchange their ideas with one and
other. Your work will be converted to a pdf file and placed on the
Clearinghouse for others to use as a reference in creating their own
workshops. It's a great way to preserve all that hard work you put into
your workshops. If you would like more details on exactly what the
Clearinghouse is you can learn more at the About page on the site
<http://www.cmer.org/clearinghouse/about.htm>.
There are two ways you can submit electronically. One, simply reply to
this e-mail and attach your workshop. Two, use the Submit page at the site
<http://www.cmer.org/clearinghouse/submit.htm>. If this will be your first
time submitting something to the Clearinghouse, please consider using the
submit page. Some of the information it asks for will make it easier to
accurately post your work. Of course there's always the old fashion way of
submitting something as well. If you only have hard copies, you can send
them to me at the address in the signature.
For those of you who have become ardent supporters of the Clearinghouse
over the years, many thanks for getting your work to me already. It really
is amazing how many people I don't even have to ask any more. For them the
last step in presenting a workshop is to submit it. THANK YOU!
Even if you don't have something to submit, go check out the
Clearinghouse. There's much to be learned about the Fraternity
there. Invite a few Brothers over and read it together. Then it really
will be just like being at a conference :-)
