Depends on what time you guys did your ceremony, but....
On April 13, at the Sec. 69/72 conference, the chartering of Alpha
Epsilon Xi chapter at LaGrange College, LaGrange, GA was held at 9:45
PM EDT. Brothers from Delta Kappa, Epsilon Eta, Mu Mu, Gamma Zeta, and
Beta Zeta took part in the ceremony along with Mike Nathan, Region IV
Director, and me, the Section 72 Chair. In attendance were
approximately 100 brothers, including our new National Executive
Director, Bob London, who delivered remarks at our closing banquet for
the conference, and brothers from 10 of the 13 active chapters in
Sections 69 and 72.
We are very proud of all the hard work they have put into making this
goal become a reality, and I'm sure they will achieve great success on
the campus of LaGrange College.
Also, congratulations to the new Section 69 chair, Mark Bransby, and
best of wishes to the immediate past Section 69 chair, Frank Goodhew,
as well as Danny Hurley of Gamma Zeta chapter and Angie Bagley of Mu Mu
chapter, for the hard work and dedication they have shown to make this
conference a smashing success.
More kudos to Kati Prause and Nat Guname of Gamma Zeta chapter for
their hard work in making the banquet and ceremony run smoothly and
making that a success as well.
