[APO-L] Criteria for Section Chapter of the Year

Brothers-
Recently at our sectional conference, our Awards
Committee decided that our Chapter of the Year award
needed updating. I have been trying to look at all
the section websites, but some sections don't have a
website, some websites denied me access, and some
sections don't have awards criteria on the site. The
only sections that I was able to get info from were
Sections 4, 40, and 80, with Section 4 not really
having a COY but the Golden Pan award which seems to
be about the same thing.
My request is would it be possible for other sections
to send me their criteria for COY, or if your section
doesn't have a COY award, then why not? This would
really help us out alot. Thank you for your time!
