Most of the responses that My wife and I have gotten have been in favor of
the idea, but don't like the idea of it being required. So here is my
wife's changed version. I believe that if its optional it doesn't have to
be a bylaw amendment, it can be a resolution.

Resolution:

Candidates for President, Vice President and Program Director at a
National Convention are encouraged to submit a Curriculum Vitae to the
National Office by the date that bylaw amendments are due at that
convention. These Curriculum Vitae should be in the form currently used in
the National Pledge Manual for these positions but without personal
photographs. The National Executive Director shall have the right to edit
for grammar, length and content. These Cirriculum Vitae shall be
disributed with the bylaw amendments when mailed to the chapters (and
others) on the date set in the bylaws.

*end resolution*
Couple of comments here. The National Office already adds to the packet
something not specifically required by the National Bylaws, the cities
bidding for the next convention. I don't believe that this will add a
great number of pages to the packet. With the average time spent as a
brother being under 2 years, this will help those not currently on the
board to make sure their names are before the chapters.
