Brothers,

Brother Jones has forwarded e-mail to APO-L that bears, directly or
otherwise, on the APO-BSA debate. A few days ago, I asked that anyone
pariticipating in this debate do so in a fashion and manner befitting our
Brotherhood and Fraternity. The e-mails that Brother Jones has forwarded
have indicated that some members have chosen not to heed that advice (and in
their defense, they may not have seen it.)

As your Brother, I ask you all to please keep this debate civil and
fraternal (and I appreciate that most of you have adhered to the issues.)
When you attack your Brother, I think you lose credibility and, frankly,
many of your Brothers will turn a deaf ear. We all have differing opinions,
and the fact that we differ on what we think is best for Alpha Phi Omega is
no exception. If you disagree with your Brothers, there is a positive and
productive way to do that - attacking your Brothers is not it.

Please, I ask that you remain civil and refrain from attacking your
Brothers. Certainly we can all agree to that, can we not?

Fraternally,
Mark Stratton
