Um. Why are you dealing with Girl Scout Council of National Capital.
Roanoke is in Skyline Council. GSCNC has at least one strong Campus Girl
Scout unit at American University, so I would imagine they are open to the
idea.

Agreed. CGS and Alpha PHi Omega are not in exactly the same business. But
having CGS as a program means that GIrl Scouts has a program to encourage
youth to join when they get to college other than Alpha PHi Omega. In some
ways it would be similar to Alpha Phi Omega trying to have a relationship
with KIwanis because Key Club members (High School) have Circle K when
they get to college.
