I know I have not posted here in a while, so I thought I would give a
quick introduction before answering the question. My name is Jennifer and
I am a junior at the University at Buffalo. My major is social sciences
interdisciplinary early childhood development with a minor in French
education. Basically, it's a roundabout way to do elementary education. I
was Secretary of Records this semester for Epsilon Sigma chapter and am
thinking of being Sergeant at Arms in the Fall.
So now, without any further ado, here is what the SAA does at UB:
Basically, SAA keeps order at the meetings. (S)He is in charge of chapter
equipment and also distributes and counts written ballots.
It is the Parliamentarian who refers to Robert's Rules and makes sure
meetings are run effectively and according to the rules and bylaws.
