Among the duties of keeping order at meetings and conducting rituals, the S@A's
in the chapters out here in Colorado are also responsible for keeping and
updating the bylaws. They also often act as the parlimentarian during meetings
where Robert's rules are used. The S@A's are on the exec board, and the
position usually allows someone who may not have the time to take on service or
some other high profile position to get their feet wet on the e-board.
