Derek-

Speaking as one with a computer from the ice-age... I have a WIN 3.11
platform with only a Netscape 3 something... It is really slow. I tried to
bring it up and it struggled for 5 minutes before I gave up & decided to
access it here at work.

However, I must say that the new site is much better from a PR standpoint.
Interested students & Schools can find relevant information much easier.
For us site veterans though, I find it hard to navigate the new pages to
find the information I need. Hopefully in the next few months, I will get
adjusted & more information will be added!

Happy surfing...
