Hello APO-L, Jack McKenzie has asked me to chair an ad-hoc committee tasked
with determining feasibility / content / location / etc. as it relates to
convening a summer convention / conclave of APO brothers to augment our
existing winter convention.
Before everyone leaves campus for the summer break, I'd like to take this
opportunity to solicit volunteers for this committee who have given the
subject some thought over the past several months. Its my understanding
that discussion has ensued on APO-L on this subject. While I am a
subscriber to the list, I often find I'm giving it just a cursory glance on
a daily basis.
I feel we can accomplish much using Email as the enabler. I'd like as much
as you'd care to share of your thoughts on this subject. The other members
of the committee have not been finalized, but I see your input as the
genesis of ideas, and of what you'd like to see in the way of program at
such an event.
This announcement is made to APO-L as a whole, but my intention is to use
private Email to accomplish this task.
