Beats me. Those in Ohio could make a much better guess. My guess is that
Section 58 was everything south of (and probably including) Columbus. The
people who are involved with APO today, who I would expect to have a good
clue are John Anderson & Bill Rugh. (Barb Anderson pledged after the
split). (The regional director at the time of the merger was either Perry
Correll or A.G. Spizzirri)
