The message is as follows:


The Center for Public Service at Seton Hall University is pleased to announce
the expansion of its expanded nonprofit management scholarship program.  This
program provides both full and partial scholarships for graduate study in the
Nonprofit Management program.  This high quality academic program has been
ranked 8th in the country by U.S. News & World Report for the past two years.

Seton Hall University is located in South Orange, New Jersey, within 30
minutes
of New York City.  The Center for Public Service offers graduate degree and
certificate programs for those seeking management careers in the public and
nonprofit sectors.  Students may chose to pursue a 39 credit Master of Public
Administration (MPA) with a concentration in Nonprofit Organization Management
or Arts Administration (pending EPC approval).

The full-time scholarship provides exceptional students with full tuition
remission in exchange for 20 hours per week of work during the academic year,
as
a research assistant with one of the Center's nationally recognized faculty.
Students will receive practical experience and participate in high level
research on important issues facing today's nonprofit organizations.  This
application is due by April 30, 1999.
