Correction: There will be only 10 region conferences
this year. Since the Region formerly known as 10 had
already made plans to have their Regionals in Seattle
before the split, they're going have a joint conference
this year. It will be the around the same week that
Nationals is held in the even years; I don't have the
exact dates.
