I got a question.

I know I'm dreaming but, here goes...... please be open minded.

What if, Alpha Phi Omega allowed all-male chapters to exist at chapters w=
here
there is a chapter of the unofficially recognized sister organization of =
Gamma
Sigma Sigma, by the request of that individual Gamma Sigma Sigma Chapter.=
  And
also allowing Alpha Phi Omega exist on the same campus as co-ed if a ther=
e is
a group that wish to exist as co-ed. My question to you is, would most C=
o-ed
Chapters reject that idea? =

I know plenty of people that would like to join Alpha Phi Omega. But Alp=
ha
Phi Omega's excutives rejects them because of the gender make up of the g=
roup.
I say the answer to this problem lies in the Philipines.

In the Philipines, they have a sister Sorority named Alpha Phi Omega Nati=
onal
Service Sorority. And they exist on campuses where there is an All-Male
chapters. That, to me this is great for a nation with primarily one cult=
ure. =

But in the United States we have several cultures. Imagine having a plac=
e for
everybody in a melting pot of a nation.

The reason I feel that this will solve so many problems, because you will=
 be
able to have both organizations under one National Office. You'll have A=
lpha
Phi Omega National Coed Fraternity and Alpha Phi Omega Service Fraternity=
=2E =

The Co-ed Fraternity then can develop a brand new toast song and even col=
ors
if desired. =

Since there is an international interest in both aspects, Nationally we w=
ould
be able to relate to the others chapters and organizations. This Idea ha=
s
been boiling inside me. Because, I don't have nothing against and female=
, but
I would like my children to have the same opportunity as I had, as I'm su=
re
that some of the co-ed chapter members feel. =
