hey i take much offense to that-i may not have been around long but i
still have some pride in my section and our conferences :)

It maybe because i am new but what are some differeces in other sectional
conferences. I will be attending 97 Conclave this Saturday (my first
outside 99 conference) why are we so different?
i have also noticed that most other conferences are over night and some
have more of a formal banquet. Is that worth the extra money to promote
unity-something 99 is lacking somewhat. Being on DR's sectionals
committee, and having a "special interest" in promoting communication and
unity within the section, is it worth bringing up at the SAC meeting. We
only pick our conferences a semester before we host so is that going to
be enough time? I have been thinking recently about bringing up that
point (overnight) but don't know how well that will fly.
well what does everyone else do in their respective sections?
