New chapter/Chapter reactivation - HELP!!!

Dear brothers,
I need your help in a major way. I am wanting to reactivate the Chi
Theta chapter (been inactive for 15 years) of APO down at Columbus
State University where I recently transferred. The problem: I don't
know what I'm doing, how to go about this, etc....
This fraternity has meant a lot to me. My happiest memories in
college were the times I spent with my brothers, and I would like to
be able to share this fraternity and the brotherhood with others.
If possible, please e-mail me advice, instrruction on what to do
etc.... Thanks in advance.
