Your concern is valid. However, perhaps you should address specific web
masters so that they can take your suggestions personally rather than vent
to all of us. Perhaps some web masters do not subscribe to APO-L
therefore your message would go unheard. Or if you really really want to
know what's going on at a specific chapter, get in touch with that
chapter.
