And if it wasn't accepted, then sections 94 and 96 would have to go back
to whoever was the sectional chair the last time that Section 95's name
for its get together matched with official National usage. (Is the guy
still alive? :)

The funny thing is that BSA is using the term Conclave much less than they
used to. Order of the Arrow seems to use it some but mostly not for other
groups....

Well given that two sections participate in 94/96 it would be 50 others,
but given the number of joint sectional conferences each year plus those
section which don't have any (Neither Section 10 not section 13 have had
a "real" sectional conference since Section 14 was split and 14 hadn't had
a conference since the 1980's) I'd say the number of other sectionals is
closer to 40.
