Pledge project advice

Hello everyone!
I'm in Penn's APO chapter, and I'm in charge of planning our pledge class
service project. I want to do a scouting event, where either Boy Scouts or
Girl Scouts can come and do some kind of activity which will render them a
badge. My group is mostly interested in doing an outdoor or an arts and
crafts activity. I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on
how I could set up this kind of project. (Or what kind of project would be
most efficient.) We're not really experienced with scouting, so anyone who
could give me some guidelines or suggestions and has worked with scouts
before, it would be really appreciated. I want to thank everyone in
advance for your help, and I look forward to getting responses!
