Has anyone out there been to or even heard of a joint sectional conference
in either Regions IV or VI? (Any time in the last 30 years)
As best as I can tell each of the other Regions have or have had joint
sectional in the last 5 years.

II:88/89 (current),91/92(current?)
III:81/83 (just after 83 split),79/80(not currently, but recently)
IV:?
V:56/59(current),62/64(current)
VI:?
VII:43/44(current)
VIII:32/33/34(current)
IX:23/27(current)
X:1/2(current?)
XI:7/8/10/13(last year?)
